Sugat capital of Cebu!!! Do yo agree with me? This town is known of its Sugat or the Kabanhawan Festival a 2 day festivity i can compare it to sinulog. the event will start on sturday evening until dawn on Sunday which is the highlight of the festivity. You see flying angels being portrayed by small kids to reinact the Sugat.
