Call Center Sucks! Why? big answer is BECAUSE THEY ARE ROBOTS keep on repeating the same song all over and over again. hahaha. It's a dead end job man! as if you have no better job than a fucking' scripted robotic style of work. No offense to those agents they were just looking for a nice pay. huh!!! What the F@#k!
